Most bookings are confirmed within minutes. We match you with an available, nearby cleaner automatically. Same-day bookings are available for an additional $40 fee, subject to cleaner availability.

Can I schedule recurring cleanings?

Yes! TurnoPros supports recurring bookings on weekly, bi-weekly, or custom schedules. You can set this up from your dashboard under 'Recurring Cleanings.' Your preferred cleaner will be assigned automatically each time.

Can I sync my Airbnb calendar?

Accepted Answer

Yes. From your dashboard, go to 'iCal Sync' and paste your Airbnb iCal URL. TurnoPros will automatically detect checkout dates and can create cleaning jobs for you.

What happens if I need to cancel?

Accepted Answer

You can cancel a booking up to 24 hours before the scheduled time at no charge. Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a $25 cancellation fee. Emergency cancellations are handled case-by-case — contact support.

What if no cleaner is available?

If no cleaner is available for your requested time, you'll be notified immediately and offered alternative times. We're actively expanding our cleaner network across the Tampa Bay area.

How are cleaners vetted?

Every TurnoPros cleaner goes through a multi-step vetting process: identity verification, background check, reference check, and an in-person or video orientation. Only cleaners who meet our hospitality standards are approved.

What's included in a turnover clean?

Accepted Answer

A standard turnover clean includes: full bathroom sanitization, kitchen wipe-down, vacuuming and mopping all floors, making all beds with fresh linens, restocking guest essentials (soap, toilet paper, etc.), and removing all trash. Additional services like deep cleaning or laundry can be added.

Can I request the same cleaner every time?

Yes. Once you've had a successful cleaning, you can mark that cleaner as a 'Preferred Cleaner.' The system will prioritize assigning them to your future bookings when they're available.

What if I'm unhappy with a cleaning?

Accepted Answer

Your satisfaction is guaranteed. If you're not happy with the results, contact support within 24 hours with photos and we'll arrange a re-clean at no charge or issue a credit to your account.

When am I charged?

Accepted Answer

You are only charged after the cleaning is marked complete by the cleaner. We never charge you upfront — payment is processed automatically via Stripe once the job is confirmed done.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover) through Stripe's secure payment system. We do not accept cash, checks, or direct bank transfers at this time.

How does the subscription discount work?

Pro subscribers ($59/mo) receive 15% off every booking automatically. Elite subscribers ($119/mo) receive 25% off every booking. The discount is applied at checkout — no coupon code needed. Subscriptions can be cancelled anytime.

Do cleaners receive the full payment?

Accepted Answer

Cleaners receive 70% of each booking fee, paid directly to their bank account via Stripe within 2-3 business days of job completion. TurnoPros retains a 30% platform fee to cover operations, insurance, and support.

How many properties can I add?

Accepted Answer

Free (Starter) accounts can add up to 2 properties. Pro subscribers can manage up to 10 properties. Elite subscribers have unlimited property listings.

Is my payment information secure?

Yes. We use Stripe for all payment processing — we never store your credit card number on our servers. Stripe is PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant, the highest level of payment security certification.
